Blogsaic.com's Terms of Service

1. The Service: Blogsaic.com is a URL directory service, with an emphasis on advertising URL's to users weblogs commonly know as blogs. Each URL is represented by an image called a 'tile' and is displayed on the home page in a dynamic mosaic. All tiles in the blogsaic are searchable and each tile is a click-able hyperlink to a profile page with information about the site of the advertised URL. The mosaic is displayed with the most popular tiles at the top. Statistics are gathered on each tile to determine how many times each tile is viewed or accessed. The home page will display are discreet number of tiles in order to provide an efficient service. If your tile(s) do not feature on the home page, they will be searchable and accessible via a number of alternative methods than the home page.

2. Tiles: You as a user, can login to your account and upload a tile to the blogsaic. Each user is given a default number of tiles on registration. When you have used all your allocated tiles, you have the option to purchase more tiles for your account. Pricing has been set relatively high to discourage users from hyper tiling. This is to ensure that you as a user put an effort into posting and promoting quality tiles vice posting hordes of similar or duplicate tiles. It is acknowledged by you that when purchasing a tile you are renting electronic real estate for undetermined maximum period but for a minimum of 12 months.

3. Advertising: You as a user acknowledge that the blogsaic.com service is funded through advertising. Blogsaic.com will endeavour to keep advertising to a minimum and displayed in discreet locations about the site.

4. Registration: Blogsaic.com keeps no information on you, other than that required to login you in to the service and to keep in communication with you when needed. Blogsaic.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account should it be used in a manner that violates the Terms Of Service, or anything your Nana would not be proud of. During registration you will be emailed your login name and chosen password, it is up to you to maintain your account, and prevent it from falling into the hands of unauthorised persons. If you detect the unauthorised use of your account, it is your responsibility to notify blogsaic.com of this, so your account can be returned to your full control. Blogsaic.com will not be held accountable for misuse of your account.

5. Content License: Blogsaic.com is a public website, any tile uploaded by you will be viewable by the World Wide Web community. You must ensure you own or have permission from the owner or licensee holder for any content you upload or list with the blogsaic.com service. By accepting this Terms Of Service you acknowledge that any content you upload or make available through the blogsaic.com service is considered public domain. You acknowledge that your submitted content will be used by all users under the Creative Commons deed, Attribution 2.5 detailed at: http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/2.5/

6. If you find any content in violation of copyright, please notify blogsaic.com so that the content be removed or an agreement can be made between the copyright owner and the tile publisher for the contents use.

7. Content Quality: Blogsaic.com's intention is to maintain a mosaic of quality images that are entertaining, artistic, and aesthetically pleasing to all users. In order to achieve this blogsaic.com does not allow the uploading or inclusion of the following image content:
a. Pornography;
b. logos;
c. death;
d. torture;
e. anything inhumane;
f. or anything deemed unacceptable by the blogsaic.com community and its administrators.

Blogsaic.com reserves the right to remove any content not deemed suitable for viewing by the general public.

8. Disclaimer: You acknowledge that you will use the blogsaic.com service at your own risk. You acknowledge that blogsaic.com owners, members or employees will not be held responsible for any financial, social, mental or physical trauma experienced by you.
